Saludos queridos amigos de la comunidad Street Workout Community, soy @dimas-deikartz, Por lo general, la mayoría de las personas que construyen bíceps lo hacen puramente por estética, debido al atractivo que conlleva tener un bíceps musculoso. Pero no deberían hacerlo solo por la atención que reciben, sino por los beneficios que genera más allá de las apariencias. ¿Cuáles son los otros beneficios de entrenar tus bíceps? En primer lugar, evitar lesiones. Este es un buen mecanismo de defensa contra caídas de brazos o accidentes. Además, construyen huesos fuertes, ayudan con la salud ósea y les permiten sanar más rápido en caso de lesión. Por otro lado, ayuda con las tareas cotidianas, por ejemplo, al comprar o mover muebles.
