Green soup!:)

In the cold here of curitiba nothing better than a Soup I do for myself and my kids they love!!:)

Ingredients

Serves: 6

• 150 ml extra virgin olive oil
• 1 large chopped onion
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 5 large potatoes, shelled and cut into quarters
• 1 liter of water
• 2 1/2 teaspoons of salt
• Pepper to taste
• 1 smoked sausage, sliced
• 1 bunch of cauliflower

Method of preparation

Preparation: 20mins> Cooking: 40mins> Ready in: 1 hour
