Wagyu beef cooking with three different sauces!
My friend decided to try three different sauces to cook the wagyu beef with tonight. One was a garlic based one, one was a soy sauce base one and one was liquid barbecue japanese one. They are shown in the picture below.

Nice, I'm a big fan of wagyu. This looks like the brisket cut of a non-japanese cow. How much did you pay and where was the cow from?

I love this pan! What is it called? Is it made out of cast iron?
Yeah it's a cast iron pan. Not sure the name of the brand.
