Esta é a densidade actual de esta double IPA de Bulldog. Xa leva 10 días de fermentación e ainda mantén unha densidade de 1050 !!
As temperaturas na bodega estes días rondan entre os 8 e os 15ºC. Me parece que o lévedo Pacific Ale é unha gran amante da calor.

This is the current density of this double IPA of [Bulldog](http://www.bulldogbrews.co.uk/products/premium-beer-making-kits/beer-kits-evil-dog-american-double-ipa.html). It takes 10 days of fermentation and still maintains a density of 1050!
The temperatures in the cellar these days range between 8 and 15ºC. It seems to me that yeast [Pacific Ale](https://www.whitelabs.com/yeast-bank?show=yeasts&type=ale&tid=238) is a great lover of heat.
