GOING GONZO KETO DIET

I am GONZO and I am on KETO
I’ve been through 18 Keto seminars around the world. I continue to learn everyday. I continue to struggle with each and everyone of you. My 120 plus pounds didn’t come off easy.... I worked consistently on it. I challenged myself every day and I won every day. That’s all I ask of you. I follow a strict Keto diet based on foods and grams not calories. I follow the Dr Westman advice the most... a bit of others in there too.
