¡Mejora tu balance!
Esta rutina consistirá en realizar ejercicios básicos de balance para aumentar los segundos de tu pino o handstand y realizar algunas progresiones de one arm handstand que dominemos y poder aumentar los segundos de estas progresiones.
This routine will consist of performing basic balance exercises to increase the seconds of your handstand or handstand and perform some one arm handstand progressions that we master and be able to increase the seconds of these progressions.

Recuerden no pasar de 6 series para que haya un buen estímulo en el estabilizador y no se sobrecargue.
