Hive Pizza Is Alive

I know, I know. Long time no post. We're still here and still building. A couple of quick updates.

Where is thebeardflex? He is not here, and he has taken a step back. Will he come back? no idea. Let's keep moving forward without him.

HP Delegation Rewards Adjustment

Hive.pizza HP delegation program has been adjusted. Hive Power delegated from pizza.witness was previously counted in the rewards calculation, and it was the largest delegator. This has been adjusted so that pizza.witness is ignored, giving more rewards to other delegators.

Market Conditions and Other Rewards

It's getting harder to acquire pizza. The pizza-rewards account is running on fumes. The @pizza-rewards wallet pays out daily HP delegation rewards and daily staking rewards. Some changes are needed here because it is running on empty.

As such, staking rewards will end in 3 days on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025.

Content curation

A note on curation. Hive.pizza is always looking for posts to vote on. The curation voting trail is going strong. We encourage our community to keep posting blogs. I love those Splinterlands guild brawl reports!

The C/HivePizza community is under-utilized. Pizza stakers receive a special community title displayed on their posts and comments within the community. We often give bigger votes to content posted in the community; hint, hint.

Witnesses

As always, we are humbled to be elected Hive backup witness #38.

Pizza-engine was recently re-elected among the top 20 hive-engine witnesses.
