Some say you can feel the day from the morning. Today it sounded so right.
Ever though about changing your whole routine? Treat yourself. You deserve it.
Nothing less then better.
Raise the quality of the food you eat. A little vegetables never hurt nobody. Discipline is power.
Balance in all things. A lot of the people who train would get much better results with just a little bit of difference in the diet.
You are what you eat.
