Bueno Muchachos/as esta ha sido la Rutina de Resistencia para el Core, no es compleja la pueden ejecutar en cualquier parte solo hace falta el piso nomás, sin más nada que decir, espero les haya servido de algo mi contenido, es todo por este post, y nos vemos en el siguiente ;).
