¡Hola! amigos de Liketu. Hoy les quiero comentar lo que hice el día de ayer, fue un día interesante porque hice algunos videos y posé para algunas fotos (obviamente no se posar jajaja). 🤣

Esto lo he estado mejorando. Debido a que me gusta como es el concepto de posar y me resulta muy divertido, por eso quiero hablar un poco de este mundo y de ¿Cómo se llaman las poses de los fisicoculturistas?

Las poses obligatorias, se clasifican en siete diferentes poses en este orden específico:

-De frente, doble bíceps.
-De frente, expansión dorsal.
-De perfil, expansión pectoral.
-De espalda, doble bíceps.
-De espalda, expansión dorsal.
-De perfil, extensión de tríceps.
-De frente, abdominales y muslos.

¿Cómo funciona el Mr. Olympia?

Creado en 1965 por Joe Weider. El Mr. Olympia reúne a los mejores culturistas de todo el mundo para competir por el título de ganador. Los participantes son evaluados por jueces que puntúan diferentes aspectos cómo: tamaño, definición muscular, simetría, proporciones y la actitud en el escenario.

This I've been improving on. Because I like how the concept of posing is and I find it really fun, so I want to talk a little bit about this world and what are bodybuilders poses called?

The mandatory poses, they are classified into seven different poses in this specific order:

-From the profile, pectoral expansion.
-From the back, double biceps.
-From the back, dorsal expansion.

-From the front, abs and thighs.

How does the Mr. Olympia work?
