Backyard Stretch Class...self explanatory :)

I haven't posted this class video anywhere else yet. Partly because while I love being outside, sharing my yard... the sound quality isn't the same as the studio. I have also kept it unlisted because other real life shit interrupts the zen of this video. My neighbor walks past coming home from work, my 2 year old comes in at the end so I had to cut it short, mosquitoes were eating my feet and my hair is getting glued to my face...but ce la vie. Summer weather is almost over and I feel like, why not share my yard with the block chain? Welcome to the backyard y'all.
