¡Saludos amigos de hive y Swc! les comparto un video de mis entrenamientos de la semana, sufrí una lesión en el hombro y perdí fuerza y resistencia pero ya estoy volviendo poco a poco recuperando , ya finalizando el año ahí que seguir disciplinados.
