Sesame Cucumber Noodles
A formula for cucumber noodles tossed in a very savory benny dressing, that is ideal for a lightweight lunch or dish.In a medium bowl, whisk along the vegetable oil, the condiment, rice vinegar, paste (or peanut butter), honey, ginger, garlic and sriracha. in a very giant bowl, toss the cucumber noodles with the benny sauce. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with benny seeds and scallions.
