hola amigos, espero que todo este bien y mejorando., les quiero invitar a ver mi contenido en hive, el cual esta dirigido a crear conciencia en el tema de la respiración. Aprender a respirar conscientemente y a aprender como esto se puede convertir en una de las herramientas mas poderosas a la hora de curarnos. Así mismo contenido de calistenia, yoga y elongación que espero les sea de gran ayuda.
