My name is Cristina, the founder of Sacred Balance Integrative Healing. Super excited to have found about this platform and share the wisdom & knowledge that I have gained thus far on my life's journey. I own a small boutique wellness company in sunny San Diego that serves to inspire, empower, and heal- physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This is what I truly love to do! :)
