Evening jog

Played badminton with acha for half n hour while papa jogged first.


And then it was my turn to jog n papa to replace mami main badminton pula. Went jogging for 3km nonstop.(An achievement since i havent jog for months!) I felt my stamina has improved a lot... hehe!
Not baddddd.....


Considering that i had a hearty breakfast this morning n plus nasi kakwok during lunch... 😁😁😁...

which maybe required another round 3km to burn it all off! Hah! Nottttt! Cukup la...
