Que tal a todos amigos de Hive y de SWC, mi nombre es José Mota @whoismota, el día de hoy les traigo un conjunto de ejercicios enfocados principalmente en la espalda que puedes agregar o utilizar en tus rutinas.

Howdy to all friends of Hive and of SWC, my name is José Mota @whoismota, today I bring you a set of exercises focused mainly on the back that you can add or use in your routines.

Como ya mencioné éstos ejercicios están enfocado en entrena la espalda, claro está que no es el único músculo que se entrena sin embargo es el que quiero enfocar.

Son ejercicios variados de diferentes dificultades para que así puedas utilizarlos o agregarlos en tus rutinas. Sin más que decir los dejo con el vídeo.

As I already mentioned these exercises are focused on training the back, of course it is not the only muscle that is trained however it is the one I want to focus on.

They are varied exercises of different difficulties so you can use them or add them to your routines. Without further ado, I leave you with the video.
