only being.

heaviness. confusion. pressure. overwhelm.  

i want light. i want free. i want open. i want flow.

but I also want to feel grounded.
i want to step out of this stagnant space. I want action.

my thoughts are displaced. i find no respite in my meditation.

i am stuck in this craving.
but I sit. and I breathe. because this is the practice.

then I remember.
there is no wanting.
only being.
