Light porter to end the weekend

Bliss

Sometimes I like to eat junk food, but not often. I could be eating a nice meal on the beach, to match the wine, with my wife. But today we feel lazy, taking in this view is enough.

Museum Templo del Sol

In the moody clouds up high, close to Puluahua stands El Templo del sol. A modern reconstruction, with elements of the ancient ruins, is a great homage to the indigenous of Ecuador.

Cuero Cerdo

Cooking some trditional Ecuadoring food. Over this weekend we cooked pork skin, known as Cuero Cerdo. (Pork Leather) Fatty, salty and tangy, but so delicious!
