"Error while submitting to the blockchain" Message keeps popping up when I'm trying to submit videos to d.tube? Any solutions?

I tried using 1 tag, tried using 4 tags.. Don't know what the problem is? I've been trying to upload the video for a few days but it hasn't been working! Anyone have solutions?
