Bottle Logic - Backwards Compatibility

Imperial stout w/ cherries aged in ruby port barrels. Good, not great. Aside from coconut, I don't really like fruit in my stouts.

Toppling Goliath - Mosaic Dry Hop Pseudo Sue

With an additional dry hop of Mosaic in the boil. I liked it, didn't love it. Probably prefer the original in all honesty. Need to get my hands on the galaxy DH version!
