Enlightenment

A sketch for a painting of the same title, but I find the sketch is more powerful. Kind of a combo of Where the Wild things Are and Rip Van Winkle. Rip Van Wild Thing? Where the Wild Things Rip?

Life Drawing demo

One of my very favorite drawings from class. The model was a no-show, and one of my students volunteered to sit. The whips of hair really add a lot to the introspective expression I think.
