昨天，参加了同事徐文君父亲的葬礼，他父亲是突发心梗死亡的。从发病到去世不到20分钟。人的一生，要珍惜每分每秒，要让生活过的精彩。过自律的生活，保持作息规律，保重身体。过平衡的生活，要让工作和生活保持平衡，哪方面投入太多的精力都会有问题的。做记录，人生的点滴记录下来，随时内观自己的行为！以上，先做好这三条再说，之后想到哪里，再补充！

以前一直在币乎上写作，现在知道了steemit，但是，不知道，得到的奖励如何转移到我的其他账户上。如果不能够进行交易和转移，那么就是白忙活了！
