今天早上还没睡醒，儿子就跑上来喊我起床吃饭，本来他是和我睡的，这几天他姐姐放暑假去外婆家玩了，晚上就要找奶奶睡觉。起床感觉全身无力，隐隐的肉疼，想着这下糟了昨天晚上吃的药还没能治好发烧，想起了诊所医生说的话，你这发烧都2天了，如果吃药不行就赶快来输水，这段时间很多人都是反复的发烧，感冒嗓子疼的，都是不爱喝水，晚上在吹吹空调，体内火太大造成的。于是吃完早饭很听话的就跑来了，应为这样很影响自己一天的…

今天开会的时候影哥说到客人“拾金不昧”，前天有位客人捡到一部手机，然后交到了一楼前台，然后到房间给客人赠送了一些物品，并把事情给房间的其他客人说明，房间的其他客人也给予这位客人的精神进行了赞扬；假如今天这位客人是过来请客户唱歌，然后我们到房间说明了这位客人的“拾金不昧”精神我想他的客户肯定对他很认同有好感，然后他们把事情在说给他们的朋友，不仅对这位客人甚至对我们店这样赠送物品认同，都会有“口碑”…
