Running ICO on Zilliqa, Tezos, EOS or Rchain?

Any info out there about running ICO on alternative blockchains besides Ethereum? I know Tezos dedicated $50 Million to support the network but how about the rest?

Why is Eosscan.io showing marketcap of nearly $600M?

Current contribution is $94,549,958.30 but marketcap is $587,817,859 USDT. Also there are already people investing in other funding windows. I don't get it, can somebody explain?
