昨日は出産前に友達のお家に夕飯に招待されました。何もお持たせが無かったので先日作った梨のコンポートと自家製カスタードでパイを焼いてみました。友達の家での夕食会後にみんなでパイを食べてみると意外と好評でした。良かったー。😆

書道　命名用に練習

主人と私の間にはもうすぐ第一子、赤ちゃんが産まれます。予定日は８月２１日で後一週間程となって来ました。私達が住んでいるオーストラリアでは日本の様な命名等色紙に書いたりする風習などありませんがやはり日本の文化を子供にも伝えて行きたいと思っているので命名用に２０年程筆に触れてない私はこの機会を気に書道をしてみようと思いました。名前は日本名ですが、産まれるまでのヒミツでーす。後お楽しみに!!

コロッケ

今日の夕飯はコロッケにしました。マッシュポテト、牛肉ひき肉、玉ねぎ、小麦粉、牛乳そして塩コショウを混ぜる。コロッケの形にして小麦粉、卵、パン粉の順番に衣をつける。そして油で揚げる。できあがり。うちの主人はオーストラリア人だけど日本食をいつも美味しいと言ってくれて、よく食べてくれる。食感が合うのはやっぱり大切☆
