My birthday just passed, and now I have enough money to buy ONE hardware upgrade for my PC. Either a CPU or a GPU. I currently have an i7-3820 w/ a Radeon HD 7970 in my rig. Which of these 2 upgrades do you think is more worth $225 - $250 bucks?

Still working out the kinks. Lemme know in the chat if you have any advice on making the quality or buffering better. I use Mirillis Action to stream currently. My live stream is at DLive
