I think it's not possible to see or hear someone and not have a judgement about the person, that's because we could all see something but read different meanings to them, positive or negative or neutral.

About the speed to judge people, it will always be quick. It's why they say first impression matters but some don't care about that and so they draw the wrong judgement to themselves. But we really need to work on our ways of judging people based on the first things we see.
