Hola @Shirahama, entendemos que la calidad es subjetiva. Pero de todas formas te recomiendo que los vídeos sean grabados en formato 16:9 (horizontal), y así el vídeo comprenderá la pantalla en su totalidad. 🙌🏼😎

Exelente video hermano, y muy buen post, de verdad que tu contenido es increíble, me gusta tu vídeo, eres muy bueno para hablar, quitando algunos aspectos técnicos creo que tienes mucho potencial, recuerda siempre colocarle el título correcto a tu vídeo.
Excelente rutina bro, aunque recuerda que aquí valoramos la calidad en lugar de la cantidad 😉 Sobre la rutina, me gusta el formato, yo reduciría el número de ejercicios a 5 y aumentaría la intensidad o repeticiones. Recuerdo que solía hacer 100 abdominales en V 3 veces por semana y me ayudó un montón.
